When Rob and Blac Chyna hooked up, the Kardashian family dynamics changed forever, connecting and bringing together ex-fiancés and siblings in the most unexpected of ways.

The Kardashian family tree has become laughable, guys. It’s literally so screwed-up, even Kris Jenner probably has a hard time understanding it…

Rob Kardashian was engaged to his sister’s boyfriend’s ex-fiance. Sound confusing? Well, things are about to get even weirder. Amber Rose is in the mix, Kanye West is caught up in the craziness and Blac Chyna and Tyga’s son, Cairo is also involved!

Kylie Jenner has even expanded the family tree with a baby girl (more on that later)! Crazy, right?

This isn’t a regular family tree, ladies and gents. This has turned into a twisted and tangled spider-web!

Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner

Kris married lawyer Robert Kardashian in 1978. Together, they gave rise to the famous foursome, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian. Kris and Rob divorced in 1991 and he sadly passed away in 2003.

Kris and Bruce Jenner (Now Caitlyn Jenner)

Kris then married Olympic runner, Bruce Jenner and together they had the starlets Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Bruce and Kris split in 2015, shortly before transitioning into a woman.

Kendall is currently single and Kylie recently split up with her baby-daddy, Travis Scott. She also notoriously dated rapper Tyga, who would later have a major impact on the Kardashian family tree (we’ll come to that soon).

Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney had three beautiful kids with Scott Disick but the couple ended their 9-year-relationship after both wanting different things. Another one bites the dust.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson

Khloe was once married to basketball player, Lamar Odom but she filed for divorced in 2013. She then went on to date another basketball player, Tristan Thompson and they had their first baby girl together named True. 

It wasn’t long before the duo split up. Tristan was accused of cheating multiple times, and one of his mistresses was Kylie’s BFF – Jordyn Woods!

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock the past few years, you’re aware that Kim and Kanye married in 2014. After years of a happy marriage, they now have four gorgeous kids together. They include North, Saint, Chicago and the most recent addition to the family, Psalm West.

The controversial duo broke up for good in the summer of 2017, but the family tree continues to get weirder by the day.

Tyga and Kylie were once a couple. Kylie is Rob’s sister and Rob was engaged to Cairo’s mom – did that make Tyga an uncle to his own son?! This ultimately made Dream not only half-siblings with King Cairo, but cousins, too!

Can you imagine how uncomfortable it must have been for Kylie when Blac started dating her brother? Kylie’s boyfriend’s ex-fiance was joining the family as her brother’s new wife-to-be!

As it so happens, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and even Amber Rose are thrown into the mix.

Before Rob and Chyna met and Tyga and Kylie became a thing, Kim Kardashian and Blac Chyna were BFFs. But when Kim’s little sister started dating Tyga, Blac felt betrayed by her and so the two stopped hanging out.

When Blac started dating Rob, both girls realized they were about to become sister-in-laws and so they reconciled and began BFF-ing again.

Cool. So where do Amber Rose and Kanye West come in?

Just when you thought the relationships in the Kardashian family tree couldn’t get any more twisted, this blast from the past stirs things up a little more. Keep in mind that Blac Chyna and Amber Rose are best friends and Amber Rose is Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend. In fact, things were real serious between them – they dated for two years in 2008 until 2010.

You all know Kanye and Kim are married with kids. Kim is Rob’s sister -Blac is Rob’s ex-fiance – Amber is Blac’s BFF.

This means Kanye and Amber have no choice but to run into each other during family occasions like Dream’s birthday parties! Here’s to hoping we’ll get an E! Special!

From now on, Kim might have to face her husband’s ex-girlfriend because Amber’s BFFs with her brother’s ex-fiance! Talk about AWKWARD!

But wait, the drama doesn’t end there.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott

In September 2017, news leaked that 20-year-old Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were pregnant with their first child. The two started dating in April 2017 and finally in February 2018, after much speculation, Kylie announced the birth of her baby girl. The Jenneration grows bigger by the day!

Sadly, in October 2019, news outlets reported that Kylie and Travis had split up. Here’s to hoping these cuties get back together!

It really is difficult keeping up with the Kardashians. Their family drama is more intense and screwed up then Romeo and Juliet’s! It’s safe to say Rob and Chyna’s engagement and baby is one of the best plot twists of all time. Who knows what’s coming next…

We just need Amber Rose to hook up with Scott Disick and have a kid together, just to make this mess A WHOLE LOT messier!
