In the life of Sean Boswell, an extremely difficult situation has developed. Yesterday’s schoolchild is unable to cope with difficulties on his own, but there is no one to help. Parents could not save the marriage and broke up in those days when he was small. Since then, the mother has been trying to arrange personal life by any means, and the father is on the other side of the planet. The man serves in Japan and does not show much interest in the child, and the military officer has practically no free time. Sean could not make close friends or find a lover, so he feels incredibly lonely and unnecessary.
He has a favorite car and a garage where he spends his free time. He is not engaged in training and does not make big plans for the future, instead, constantly chasing the streets of the city and trying to win the glory of the great racer. With this approach to life, he managed to conquer many enemies among the servants of the law, and once he gets into serious problems that could end in a big prison term. The mother decides to send the restless son to Japan, so that the guy avoids responsibility for the sins of the law and talks more closely with his father. At first, in a foreign country, he feels like a real social outcast, but this changes when he learns about drift racing.
